Data Deletion

Requesting Deletion

To delete your Vomentum account and all associated data — including profile information, trading journal entries, broker connections, and course progress — email support@vomentum.com from the address registered to your account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

What Gets Deleted

We permanently remove your account record, journal and trade history, broker/MT5 connection credentials, and any uploaded content. Data linked to a completed payment (e.g. invoices) may be retained as required by law.

Accounts Created via Google or Facebook Login

If you signed up using Google or Facebook, deleting the connected app from your Google or Facebook account settings only revokes Vomentum’s access — it does not delete your Vomentum account data. Email support@vomentum.com to complete deletion.

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
