You may not use Vomentum to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform. Violations result in immediate termination.
Vomentum and its content are owned by Vomentum and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of the trading data you log. You grant us a limited licence to process and display that data to provide the service.
Vomentum is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Use the platform as a tool to support your own informed decisions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Vomentum after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
