7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased on Vomentum, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
Eligibility
Refund requests are eligible if: (1) the request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, (2) you have not completed more than 20% of the course lessons, and (3) the course was purchased directly through Vomentum.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@vomentum.com with your registered email address and the name of the course. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase, for courses where more than 20% of lessons have been completed, or for subscription plans once the billing cycle has begun.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
