Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — your email address, name, and trading data you log in the journal. We also collect usage data to improve the platform.
Usage Analytics
To understand how Vomentum is used and where it’s confusing, we record which pages you visit, which buttons and links you select, how far you scroll, how long a page is open and visible, which help tips you open, and which forms you submit. We never record what you type into fields. These events are stored in our own database, not sent to advertising or analytics companies, and are linked to a random browser ID and, when you’re signed in, your account. We don’t record this if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide the Vomentum service, personalise your experience, send transactional emails (OTP codes, account notices), and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Third-Party Services
We use Resend and Gmail SMTP for email delivery, PostgreSQL for data storage, Razorpay for payments and Sentry to record technical errors so we can fix them. Chart screenshots you choose to auto-read are processed by OpenAI. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@vomentum.com. We will process requests within 30 days. See the Data Deletion page.
