We collect information you provide directly — your email address, name, and trading data you log in the journal. We also collect usage data to improve the platform.
Your data is used to provide the Vomentum service, personalise your experience, send transactional emails (OTP codes, account notices), and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We use Resend and Gmail SMTP for email delivery, and Prisma with PostgreSQL for data storage. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@vomentum.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
